I began my career boots-on-the-ground as a Conservator Case Worker, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges faced by frontline staff and the people they serve. That foundation continues to shape my commitment to practical, impactful solutions that truly support both clients and providers.

For the past four years, I’ve focused on Heightened Monitoring, supporting agencies in navigating high-stakes environments with precision, accountability, and a commitment to sustainable improvement. I offer strategic guidance rooted in real-world application—ensuring that compliance, quality, and innovation go hand-in-hand.

I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Policy and Policy Revision, which fuels my passion for turning complex data and systemic challenges into actionable, people-centered solutions.
